The Company was founded on 20th of January, 2011, as “Darshan Orna Private Limited” having its registered office at 2018/1, First Floor, Nr. Rupa Surchand Ni Pole, M.G. Haveli Road, Manek Chowk, Ahmedabad. In May 2015, “Darshan Orna Private Limited” was converted into a limited Company “Darshan Orna Limited”. It is a Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) engaged in the Gold & Silver Jewellery and Ornaments Business. The Company started its commercial operations as a Wholesaler and Trader of Gold and Silver Jewelries and Ornaments by setting a unit in Manek Chowk area of Ahmedabad in North Gujarat, which is known as a hub of Gold & Silver Market.
Company’s portfolio comprises Traditional Jewellery, Indo-Western Jewellery & Modern Jewellery. Our Jewelries and Ornaments are designed keeping in mind the demand of various customers coming from diverse cultures and age groups.
Over the last couple of years, the company has achieved tremendous growth in sales. The company sources its raw material from its suppliers. Over the years, the company has built up a credible sales-force to market its jewelries in Ahmedabad. The company achieved sales of Rs. 8 Crores in Financial Year 2014-2015, and has projected a sales turnover of approximately Rs. 25 Crores for the Financial Year 2015-2016.

Our Directors
1. MAHENDRABHAI RAMNIKLAL SHAH – Chairman and Managing Director
Mr. Mahendrabhai Ramniklal Shah, is the Managing Director of the Company and is responsible for the overall functioning of the company. He is 56 years old and he has more than 25 years of experience in the functioning and management of Jewellery Trade. He started his career in 1985 with Gold and Silver Jewellery business and after few years with his entrepreneurial skills established his own Proprietorship Firm named Darshan Ornaments at Manek Chowk area which is known as hub of bullion market in Ahmedabad. Gradually, as the business expanded, in 2011 he incorporated a company M/s. Darshan Orna Private Limited. As a promoter of the company, he has led the company to innovate and achieve great growth in the industry with his strong combination of technical and managerial skills.
2. ARUNABEN MAHENDRAKUMAR SHAH – Director
Mrs. Arunaben Mahendrakumar Shah, aged 54 years, is the Non-Executive Director of our Company. She is associated with the Company since incorporation and handles the managerial work of the company.
3. RITESH MAHENDRABHAI SHETH - Additional Director
Mr. Ritesh Mahendrabhai Sheth, aged 23 years is a Executive Director of our Company. He has done his B.Com from Ahmedabad. He started his professional career with M/s. Darshan Orna Private Limited. He is well versed with finance and Marketing and takes care of sales-leads and deficiencies in the same. He possesses strong verbal and written communication skills. He has on the Board of our Company from February, 2015.
4. Mr.SHANKAR RAMDEO BHAGAT - Independent Director
Mr. Shankar Ramdeo Bhagat, aged 64 years is a Independent Director of our Company. He has done his B.Com and CA from Ahmedabad.
5. Mr.MANOHARBHAI BHARATBHAI CHUNARA - Independent Director
Mr. Manoharbhai Bharatbhai Chunara, aged 29 years is a Independent Director of our Company. He has done his B.Com and CS from Ahmedabad.
